SHIPPING
- We ship within the European Union, to Switzerland and the United Kingdom from Germany.
- Free shipping within Germany.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays do not entitle cancellation.
- Shipping risk passes to you upon handover to carrier.
- Track your order via confirmation email link.
- Important: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are payable by the buyer.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, if the goods are shipped to the European Union. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for your return are on you.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
