Welcome to STUDIO ANNA RESEI. 
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchases from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Product descriptions and prices are non-binding. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via order confirmation email. The contract forms only upon this confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices include German VAT but exclude shipping costs, they are shown before the button to “place order”.
You authorize us to charge your payment method upon order confirmation. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment and completion of delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within the European Union from Germany and to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
  • Free shipping within Germany.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays do not entitle cancellation.
  • Shipping risk passes to you upon handover to carrier.
  • Track your order via confirmation email link.


5. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You may cancel within 14 days of receipt (EU consumers only), no reason needed. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us at shop@annaroro.com.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, tagged, in original packaging with proof of purchase.
You have to pay for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Follow our return instructions. Refunds process within 10 business days of approval to original payment method. Banks may take additional time.


6. Warranty and Liability
Goods comply with descriptions. For consumers, statutory warranty rights apply for a period of 2 years from delivery.
Our liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages, and in no case exceeds the order value, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. User Account
Provide accurate registration data. Keep login secure. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content (images, text) is our property or licensed. Personal use permitted; commercial use prohibited without consent.
Product images are subject to copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Use
Do not misuse site, overload servers, or infringe rights. We may block violators.

10. Limitation of Liability
Site provided "as is." We disclaim warranties beyond legal minimums. Not liable for third-party content/links.

11. Dispute Resolution
Governing law: German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced to existing customers via email or by posting the updated Terms on our website. If you continue to use the website after the changes are effective, you are deemed to accept them.
